Chicken Coriander Chili Dumpling

One of my most successful recipes. Get chicken minced and mix well with garlic paste, ginger juice sprinkled, lime juice, coriander leaves and green chili pasted together (4 tbsp in 200 gm chicken), dark soy sauce with equal amount of light soy sauce (1 tsp for 200 gm chicken), equal amount of oyster sauce, minced cabbage, minced carrot, minced spring onion, crushed black pepper and salt. Keep the mixture undisturbed for at least half an hour. Wrap with rice wrappers and steam. Serve hot with sweet chili dip and spring onion.
